Detox Vegetable Soup

Few weeks ago I came across this detox recipe. As I am such a lazy working mummy, I don't exercise regularly. My only exercise are mainly the house chores on weekends! Haha! Now back to the detox soup.






Ingredients:

1 Radish
4 medium size potatoes
1 yellow onion
2 tomatoes
1 carrot
2 litres of water or 1.5 litres of stock with 500ml of water

Method:
1) Bring water to boil
2) add in all the ingredients and boil till the veggies are soft
3) Season with salt.

PS:

To have a more sourly taste, boil till the tomatoes are really soft and juices all come out. Serve hot.
To maximise the detox process, only eat this with no other food.
