Baked Meat Loaves

Another throwback. I baked these meat loaves for my puppy's birthday. But then it was so yummy that my girl requested me to bake again for her.








Ingredients:

1 pack of minced pork meat
Some boiled barley
Green vegetables - chopped ( I used xiao bai cai)
1 carrot - grated
1 egg

Method:

1) Mix all the ingredients together. Season with salt.
2) Oil the muffin tins and pour the mixture into the tins.
3) Baked at 165 degrees for 10 minutes. 


PS:

Opt out the salt if you are making for your puppy. You can actually taste the crunchiness of the chopped vegetables and the moisture of the barleys.
