1/3 cup of rice washed
Minced pork or chicken
1 egg
Chopped spring onions
Some corn flour
Light soya sauce
Pepper
Salt
Method:
1) soak the washed rice for around ten minutes
2) Bring water to boil (1 cup rice = 6 cups water)
3) Put the rice in let it boil
4) marinate the minced meat with light soya sauce and coat with corn flour
5) lower the fire to medium or small when the porridge is boiling
6) let it simmer for ten minutes
7) Add the minced meat bit by bit and keep stirring to prevent the porridge stick to the pot bottom
8) use a whisk to stir the porridge quickly until the rice breaks
9) Add salt in the porridge
10) Add in the egg & stir
11) Served hot with pepper and chopped spring onions.
